What to Expect
Luther Memorial is a liturgical church meaning the pattern of our services never change: Gather, Word, Meal, and Sending. We follow the liturgical calendar and preach from the assigned Biblical texts for the day also known as the Revised Common Lectionary. Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, we gather on Zoom once a month for worship with Holy Communion. Worship generally lasts around 45 minutes. Please bring your own elements for communion (wine or grape juice and bread/crackers). The Zoom link is sent out to the Luther Memorial email list. You can also reach out to office@luthermemorialseattle.com for the link.
We use the Evangelical Lutheran Worship hymnal and are led in music by piano and organ.
